Healthy Foaming Agents use in Oxygen Cocktails

Abstract

The study showed the expediency of using foaming agent of vegetable origin in protein oxygen cocktails. In accordance with the experimental data biopolymers and their concentration for protein oxygen foam stabilization were selected.
