ИНТЕГРАЛЬНЫЙ СПОСОБ ОЦЕНКИ КАЧЕСТВА ПОЛИГРАФИЧЕСКОЙ ПРОДУКЦИИ
The general purpose of this work is studying of main features of quality management in a printing company. The manufactured product quality is one of the fundamental factors for the commercial success of the enterprise. Maintaining of the high quality level in terms of the products range expanding and changes in the technological process is a complex task. The means of quality management and their ability to maintain the high product quality level in case of changing processes in the printing house were analyzed in this paper. The new quality management system was proposed.
