Abstract

This article covers the assessment of flexographic printing forms: the degree of swelling and the diffusion coefficient of solvents, which form a part of various cleaning fluids, have been defined. The research was conducted on printing forms, manufactured with DuPont washout solvent printing plates, that needed thermal treatment using the FAST technology. An attempt of assessing the swelling of printing elements of various sizes has been made.
